Steven Mann (born in1962) is a researcher and inventor best known for his work on computational photography, particularly wearable computing （可穿戴计算） and high dynamic range imaging.

   早在上世纪70年代，当计算机还占一个大房间，无线局域网、移动手持设备的影子还都没有的时候，Steve Mann 就有了可穿戴式移动设备的想法。他每天带着奇奇怪怪的头盔和电线在街上走来走去。1990年，Steve Mann 成功开发出令智能眼镜小型化并与电脑和网络相连的技术EyeTab，这比Google Glass要早十三年。
